  I have rewritten the entire application.
  Some features as happy eyeballs are gone, but will probably be added back later.

  BRAKING CHANGES:

  • renamed --outbound-prefix-v6 -> --outbound-prefix-ipv6
  • renamed --outbound-prefix-v4 -> --outbound-prefix-ipv4
  • removed happy eyeballs:
    • --happy-eyeballs-delay-ms gone
    • --disable-happy-eyeballs gone
  • --upstream-half-close-timeout-secs is replaced by --upstream-timeout-secs
  • --outbound-interface is to be implemented; not working currently
